Continuity Check
Macro-integration review to name progress, stabilize gains, and realign protocols.
Service Description
This session draws a visible arc through FIELD data, signal entries, and system use over time. It converts messy, non-linear growth into structural awareness. Drawing from narrative therapy (Michael White, David Epston), the session 're-authors' the story by externalizing progress and making it visible. Many clients don't realize they've shifted until someone reflects it back with data. Research shows that people significantly underestimate positive change and overestimate negative patterns when relying on memory alone. Objective data from FIELD logs corrects for this bias. Judith Herman's research on trauma recovery emphasizes the importance of naming and marking transformation to consolidate gains. Without explicit acknowledgment, shifts can feel 'accidental' or 'temporary,' leading to chronic hypervigilance about relapse. ◇ WHO THIS IS FOR ◇ ◇ Have used MuseShift for 30+ days but can't yet 'see' coherence ◇ Feel like nothing's working (despite evidence to contrary in FIELD logs—negativity bias) ◇ Are in latent grief (recognizing old patterns are gone but mourning their loss—'Who am I without this?') ◇ Experience self-abandonment (can't witness own progress; need external validation—attachment trauma, CPTSD) ◇ Feel confused relief post-shift ('I'm better but I don't know why or how, and I'm scared it'll disappear') ◇ Are ready to name the arc and build on it (stabilization phase) ◇ WHAT YOU RECEIVE ◇ ◇ Visual arc timeline (PDF or image file, printable) ◇ Written summary of shifts, gaps, and integration plan (2-3 pages) ◇ Updated FIELD profile with continuity notes (system now knows which phase: maintenance/deepening/release) ◇ Recommendation for next phase (specific, actionable) ◇ Audio recording (optional, for clients who process verbally) SESSION ARCHITECTURE: ◇ FIELD Review (20 min) - State frequency, protocol adherence, rhythm patterns, language evolution ◇ Arc Visualization (15 min) - Timeline: Baseline → First Clearmark → Friction → Stabilization → Integration ◇ Marking Points of Shift (15 min) - Evidence of structural change ◇ Gap Identification (10 min) - What's missing or incomplete ◇ Integration Scaffold (10 min) - Next structure: stabilize, deepen, or release ◇ Naming the Arc (5 min) - Single-sentence summary of your journey ◇ STATE SIGNATURES ◇ clearmark - Stabilization has happened but can't be named. Ventral vagal dominance without conscious recognition. residue - Old pattern is gone but its 'ghost' lingers (guilt about not suffering anymore, hypervigilance waiting for collapse, identity confusion). underthread - Quiet growth happening beneath conscious awareness. Subtle but sustained shifts in window of tolerance, capacity, self-trust. ◇ RESEARCH BASE ◇ Narrative Therapy (Michael White, David Epston), Trauma Recovery (Judith Herman), Memory Reconsolidation (Bruce Ecker), Negativity bias research, Consolidation of therapeutic gains literature
